i found the jlu interview with shebaka hutchings disappointing, but some of the tracks played made up for this, particularly the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woKXA...eature=related. the rest of jlu music/chat did nothing for me whatsoever...the piano interpretation from a musical was dreadful

Agreed Handsomefortune. Blame Claire Martin for that. She has a "wrap around" technique on a male. Used to have a lady friend like that, and whilst it may be engaging in appropriate circumstances, i think Shebaka reacted to this, and did not produce a good interview.

Still an important and original musician.
