I've had this CD since the summer but the billing as an "electric" group is extremely misleading as this suggests something over-produced and perhaps taking it's cues from Techno. In fact, it's simply a quartet disc with an fender rhodes in the line up. On first listen I was a bit under-whelmed and it actually takes a number of plays before you start to appreciate how solid this record is. If there is any criticism, it is perhaps a little over-long although I prefer it to "Recommended Tools" which is more risky if a little spartan without a hamrony instrument. For my money the standard track is "Firefly" where the music starts from very little happening at a rather static tempo only to build up to a memorable and powerful theme .
