Excellent! Lee sounds sharp. I found his comments on Blue note sessions & their composition particularly interesting. I'd read or heard somewhere that the artists didn't have total control on who played, so there were suggestions from Alfred , use X on this? Why say Grant Green was on so many dates? Lee says not, the line up was his choice and the material. Anyway, many thanks. -
