Plus highlights of a concert given by Chicago percussionist and spiritual jazz giant Kahil El'Zabar recorded last month at the Way Out Here festival.

Listening (v.briefly) to R3 early this morning where the entire programming appeared to be anything with a remote or deeply tenuous link to the late Liz, I suppose this it going "forward".

But I do know from dating Princess Di back in the day that amongst Elizabeth's favourites were Ornette Coleman, Mose Allison, Hank Mobley and Little Walter. "Play that harp!" she used to shout, making the Corgis bark in time.

So maybe *some* relief from this wall to wall drivel soon?
