No disrespect to Kate Moore, but I've had to think twice about even bothering to open a fresh thread for the forthcoming week because this has to be the lowest point thus far in jazz scheduling, Jazz Record Requests being chopped, and Freeness - a repeat by the way - being the only programme even broadly describable as jazz - and some might well disagree. It says everything about where Radio 3 is going.
