    Edgard Varese with the Jazz Workshop, 1957...

    Posting this separately because although I'd heard of it I didn't know a tape existed. It's Varese "conducting" and working with the Jazz Workshop in 1957...the guys around George Russell's then group, Art Farmer, Ed Shaunessy etc etc. If for no other musical reason..."historical"!
