I've just seen this on Organissimo (US site),
"Simon H. Fell (13 January 1959 - 28 June 2020)
It is with a very heavy heart that I pass on the news that Simon H Fell passed away at lunchtime today. His wife Jo would like to thank everybody that has shown love and support over the course of the last few weeks.
Rest in peace Simon."
His name probably means far more to free jazz aficionados than to me, although I did see him once playing solo on a poorly attended Monday night upstairs at a Cardiff jazz club. If I wasn't much in sympathy with what he played, he had my admiration for completing the gig.
