BBC Radio 3 announces adventurous Autumn jazz programme and London Jazz Fest broadcasting

Among the additions to BBC Radio 3’s programming this autumn will be a brand new series “exploring cutting-edge, adventurous jazz”. Freeness, to be presented by Derby-based vibraphone player and composer Corey Mwamba (pictured), will champion both UK and international artists pushing the bounds and surveying the manifold peripheries of jazz. It will be broadcast on Saturday nights, beginning on 2 November.

A new programme of "cutting-hedge" jazz!

First in the series includes the recordings of Marion "Capability" Brown?

"New Jazz Programme"? Many of those mentioned have already featured on past editions of Privet Passions!

More cutting hedge than cutting edge then.

It's a snip at just tree pounds.
