Geoffrey goes for a Burton - is that another euphemism for having a lie down*?

I always think of John Surman announcing one of his tunes as "Goin' for a Burrrton", or "Gone for a Burrrton".

Thanks Alyn. I shall wait and see if a track should be included from "Lofty Fake Anagram", an album he recorded in 1967, which had probably the most "1967" cover of any album I have from that year, "Sergeant Pepper" excepted. I still have it - in remarkably good nick.
