      I must have that somewhere! Just been reading a long interview with Pat Metheny, I think from a good while back in Guitar Player. He really does love that Wes Montgomery Half Note album and "If you could see me now". "Greatest guitar solo ever". It is very fine.

        Much appreciated Alyn - but Bill Frisell suited my mood perfectly - as did Mary Holverson and Eric Dolphy on JRR.
