Thanks for the tip off, Jazzrook. My nearest Jazzwise retailer appears to be Victoria Station - I don't get the mag regularly. Good excuse to ge the old grumpy's travelcard out and make another foray up to Gt Marlborough Street before Harold's place closes down owing to the forthcoming business rate rises... (It wouldn't surprise me).

I have just enjoyed my first listen. Knew the name but not much of his work and think it is interesting. So far, I prefer the smaller groups but perhaps they are just more immediately appealing.
