The somewhat forgotten clarinettist Perry Robinson back in 1962 seemed like he was heading for great things but it didn't happen. Perry was starting to explore the same areas of jazz inhabited by Eric Dolphy and Ornette Coleman here is Perry with Kenny Barron, Henry Grimes and Paul Motian playing 'Farmer Alfalfa' from his "Funk Dumpling" album.
