I really like Jeff Parker's work with Nicole Mitchell's exceptional "Awakening" quartet. This is one of the best albums from the 2010's although I think all four musicians deserve wider recognition and have been under-appreciated until relatively recently. Parker is in a totally different context here and sometimes sounds as "out" as Mary Halvorson but maybe it might help explain the "New Breed" material.

Some tunes are just made for improvising and "Alice in wonderland" is one, Brubeck and Bill Evans V Vanguard band are probably the most famous versions.
This version by Chick Corea, Christian Mcbride and Brian Blade is absolutely brilliant the interplay between the three make it a true trio performance.

I am very fond of this tune from that Bill Evans record. Thanks for bringing this Chick Corea version to our attention.
