Edit Matt Fishwick, on drums, is Steve's bruv. Gareth Lockrane, on "reeds", plays great flute, and won some national award some time back. Less known is the fact that he is also good on piano. I saw him backing the Aussie singer Anita Wardell in a local pub one Sunday afternoon. I told him, "You look just like this bloke I know who's quite good on the flute".
He teaches it at the school just 5 minutes from my manor here, where btw the vibesperson Orphy Robinson was a student back in the 1980s, playing steel pans in the school's band.
