            Liked the John Zorn/Douglas track just now in JRR. Reminded me of something with that bass line? Like one of those mid 60s lesser known Savoy "free" dates.

            In fact enjoyed the entire program. 75 mins pleeeze every week. I am already chopping my C90s to fit. Hell to the expense.

              John Zorn seems to be a kaleidoscopic character, generating lots of music of different types. I seem to recall him being featured on Jazz on 3, also Hear and Now, e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio3/hearandnow/pip/18phn/
