Have finally tracked down a copy(heavily annotated!) of Jack Chambers' fascinating biography of the tragically short-lived pianist Dick Twardzik.
Well worth the search.

thanks for that Jazzrook; i scored the album with Twardzik's trio on one side and the Russ Freeman Trio from a second hand shop in Notting Hill [long before the present lot were there] in very early 1960s and have been a big fan ever since ...

According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.
