    Jazz at the Amersham to continue

    Great news: the Amersham Arms, opposite New Cross station in SE London and hosts to the prodigious SE Collective of young up-and-coming jazz musicians such as Trish Clowes these past 3 years, is to continue on Tuesdays as before, now courtesy two from the folded SEC - the excellent bassist Matt Ridley and the guitarist Ant Law.

    Here is Ant Law at north London's Map Cafe in a line up which featured the promisingly independent-minded altoist Mike Chillingworth, plus a couple of by-now well-known "Loopies" on bass and drums respectively:
