        Btw...Its not too much of a stretch to see Sun Ra's space life as a response to the American "society" (sic) he lived in. When you can't use a toilet or sit at a lunch counter, you ARE alien. And might as well be from Mars.

            S-A, you're right - absent minded typo by me. It was recorded 1962 and issued 1963.

              Oops, just realised this playlist has the US TV So What from the Den Haag album and at the last minute I substituted the Gil Evans Carnegie Hall version...can't fish out all the personnel this minute..
