      I'm not sure about that. I went to a lecture on the role of modern art in the life of the church yesterday evening, where 'Paddy's wigwam' was referred to as such!

        I genuinely never hear the term at all, and I spend quite a lot of time in and around the Cathedral.

        But I find that some people really do say it - and some are upset about it, and some are not.

          It seems that those that do use the name Paddy's/Kelly's Wigwam do so either to be provocative & get a rise out of Catholics or it's irreverent. Simon doesn't do irreverence - it's quite beyond him
