The term "pseudo-fascist" makes no sense to me here, since it would surely mean "having pretensions to be fascist", ie not genuinely fascist at all. To use Political Correctness capitalised, ie as a proper noun, would imply reference to a named organisation, which, as far as I know, doesn't exist.
Personally, I would not salute anyone who had "complete" contempt for political correctness, rather than having the discernment to decide which examples of political correctness are worthy of contempt and which actually represent an enlightened approach to avoiding language and behaviour which might give offence to others.
