    Alperghisnacht for the Weird

    Sat 13 June
    10pm - New Music Show

Tom Service presents festival music recorded last spring at Acht Brücken (Eight Bridges), with Brad Lubman conducting the WDR Symphony Orchestra in Christoph Bertrand's Mana and George Aperghis's Seesaw. Plus a new recording by Trio Accanto, and Robert Worby's interview with composer Judith Weir.

"Mana is the spiritual life force energy or healing power that permeaties the universe", says the script. I'll go with that.
