By 'Tik-tok organist', does he just mean she has made some TikTok videos?
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Apparently with one million followers & 36 million likes. The TikTok tactic kicks...?

Well, given who wrote that, perhaps not surprising...

... the view from Pembroke here:

        ...no mention of TikTok.

Edit: Not sure why it's forbidden - but the link works!

Hardly surprising. I've wondered before on the Forum how Anna has managed to devote any meaningful time at all to Pembroke College given her extensive organ schedule.

For some reason, her Facebook page comes up on my feed so I've been able to follow her travels to destinations here, there and everywhere. In the end, something had to give and whether or not Pembroke gave her the nudge, it's the right choice.

In terms of doing so much, being young helps. Our current choir MD, of a similar age to Anna L, works for 4 other choirs, is a college lecturer and tutor, and runs his own ensemble, as a base work load. On top of that are other one-off events.

I imagine that he devotes less time to publicising his activities though.
