I'm trying to work out whether it's either the identical phenomenon, similar or the exact opposite that a move to Greatest Hits (target audience 25-44) has doubled the audience for 72-year-old Ken Bruce's taste in popular music of the 70s, 80s and 90s. Or no phenomenon at all, just more of the same (ancient swingers voting with their feet) - more Hammond organ than pipe organ perhaps, to stay(?) on topic.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world. -
