The Choir, 6th March features Zoltan Kodaly

I don't always listen to this programme but shall try not to miss this 'celebration of a national icon.'

The Kodaly method was everywhere years ago, I heard of that before I discovered his music and saw him at the RAH.

I am still enjoying this programme as I type. But it is a repeat from July 2009, and the BBC Press Office is still showing the edition that was originally scheduled for The Choir on this date (concerned with a post-chorister programme pioneered by the Three Choirs cathedrals). I wonder what went wrong.

Rather made me shy away from Kodaly. Sorry, I found it rather samey, and even felt old-fashioned.

Do you think BBC are winding The Choir down? This is by no means the last rerun prog.
