I like the Tallis Mass being interspersed with the Byrd pieces (as it might have been done in their age and time as well)

Interestingly, the R3 schedule does not reveal when Pt 2 is to be transmitted!! AFAICS, not before Jan 5th anyway.

Part 1 is before the interval, part 2 follows at 20.40:

          Tallis: Videte miraculum
          Byrd: Laetentur coeli; Rorate coeli
Tallis: Agnus Dei from Mass Puer natus est nobis
Byrd: Ecce virgo concipiet; Domine, praestolamur
          Plainchant: Puer natus est nobis
          Byrd: Apparebit in finem

Sorry - stupid me. I thought that as with others of similar ilk in the past, they were splitting them over a week or so. Doh!
            My thanks.

It's quite something for a group of relatively young singers to sustain a whole concert (parts 1 and 2 ) live at Wiggers. OK they have lots of experience now, but the acoustic...quite decent...isn't one where you can 'float' the voice as in a big church or cathedral. I'm looking forward to it greatly and am interested to hear how they will do the plainsong, especially in Videte Miraculum which is a great piece.

Actually, they've just been on a recording included in the Lunchtime Concert from the Scwetzingen Festival
