If I wasn't a responsible host, I might be tempted to start a third thread with same name

Too late - the off-shoot has been given a new (rather cumbersome) title!

I've just taken a spin through the St George's Chapel thread & discovered that this is itself an offshoot - so the other one is an offshoot of an offshoot! I wonder how many more branches (or twigs) could be devloped?

But Gabriel Jackson may just be a pseudonym - or one of the many other GJs in the world (there are over thirty on Linkedin)

Just taken a spin through this thread, & it appears that the off-shoot, or duplicate 'Difficult choral music ...' (subsequently renamed) thread has re-joined the original one. Will this one now be re-joining the St George's Chapel thread? If this sort of thing spreads the board will look like this -

Well, if it's spaghetti junction it's on the south side of Birmingham, I think, where M5, M6 and various Mn meet up. Satnavs as well as drivers get nervous.
