Contre Bombarde
From the BBC website,"Together they discuss the challenges, ways to improve your game, and highlight some of the finest exponents of this often underappreciated job."
One of my organ teachers told me a story about George Thalben Ball. During a service the priest said something along the lines of "the organ will now play...". Nothing. GTB did not move. The priest repeated: "The organ will now play". GTB called out, "Then let it!"

Surely now is the time to find someone more acceptable for The Choir...It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
