Trying to identify choral piece used in "Entertaining Mr Sloane" (film)

The chant composer's been identified. If you want details of the performers as well, I'd suggest getting hold of a DVD of the film and examining the closing credits.

Thanks Wolsey but that was my very first port of call twenty-odd years ago - there's no mention on the credits whatsoever....!
