I think I would probably - in these days of iPlayer - drop the repeat of CotW, either completely, or return it to a later slot (and it's been on late night, mid evening and early evening) or reduce the repeat to an edited omnibus edition for the weekends. Thus returning In Tune to 5pm.

As a regular "drivetime" listener to In Tune (OK, OK, I know!) it has also puzzled me why it has been moved back to 1630. Particularly during this Proms season with the early starts, I am sometimes only just in the car on the way home when In Tune is finishing. I agree, the CoTW repeat could be dropped to allow In Tune (and thereby CE) to return to a more civilised time.
