      Fresh, alert tone at the top, maybe and quite understandably a bit light at the bottom, nice choice of repertoire - Schutz particularly welcome. Diction in psalms impeccable. Very welcome - shame about being under the flight path for Heathrow, but that's the deal at Eton!

        Agreed. A shame Nisi Dominus (1610 Vespers) was just accompanied by the big beastie; it loses a lot by not having instrumental colour and impetus, but I realise that was probably impractical. A good show by our singers of the future
