Rafferty and Kings Singers on In Tune

I just caught the Kings Singers doing the Choral Dances from Gloriana on today's In Tune. And very beautifully they sang them too, even if they weren't intended for a male alto on top. But old Rafferty seemed to have it in his head that they were instrumental pieces arranged for the KS by someone called William Plomer (!!!) He also thought Ed [sic] Gardner was going to conduct the War Requiem tonight. Get with it, Sean.

Cutting Edge is our Sean, the real R3. He stands alone on the cusp of greatness.

I find him quite annoying. It's embarrassing when a middle-aged man says things are "cool".

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
        Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

And, given that CE ran late, he even had longer to get it wrong tonight.
