What's your favourite circle of fifths?

are there lots of circles-of-fifths "going on" in the opening section of the Mastersingers Act one prelude?

yes well that's what made me think it might be, when listening earlier - I don't have the score
at some point it sounds like the bass leaps up a fourth, down a fifth, up a fourth, down a fifth etc.
