      Wow, what quick service, thank you so much Sir Velo! That's exactly what I was looking for. Yes, it was a disappointment to discover the booklet was missing, but I gather with the compilation box that most of the notes from the original discs were not there. So you have solved my problem in one stroke, I am so grateful. To be fair to the seller, he offered a 30% refund. Bearing in mind the set is not currently available except for silly prices, I decided to accept.
