Very sad. A true stalwart of the RSCM and an inspiration to many.
He wrote a short song which I think was a Christmas piece, maybe a lullaby. I accompanied it many years ago and remember thinking how lovely it was. Unfortunately I can't recall the title, neither can I find a copy...if I ever had one. Its key signature was in several flats (6 possibly?) so if anyone knows of it do please post up the title. -

It says SATB. but I played it for a treble solo. It also looks as if only available from the USA, though it is attributed to the RSCM so I guess it's the right one...especially as it has Martin How's birth date correct.Comment
