Sunday Worship came from Portsmouth too. Competent and forthright singing.
        Apparently it's Sea Sunday.

Listen without limits, with BBC Sounds. Catch the latest music tracks, discover binge-worthy podcasts, or listen to radio shows – all whenever you want

Presumably it was recorded at the same time as the CE broadcast.
From the BBC website: The music is sung by the Cathedral Choir – made up for the broadcast of Girl Choristers, Lay Clerks and Choral Scholars.

(The Girls’ Sunday Service was recorded the evening before the boys’ live CE broadcast).

A well blended sound from the top line which was particularly beautiful in the Chilcott and Stopford. In fact the sound of the choir reminded me of the Truro boys on their early recording of Stopford's music. It's well suited to the gentle lyricism of his music.
That Bairstow chant, goose bumps everytime!
ATB sounded superb throughout with terrific singing, plus colourful organ registrations. There was plenty of spare time for maybe another hymn?

              Chilcott particularly ear-catching.

Yes, sounded better here than I remember hearing live in the nave in Hereford 3 Choirs in 2015. I think it's a setting that grows on one.

I agree, jonfan, back rows impressive with a particularly strong countertenor. I was listening on very poor earphones, but the balance between parts seemed to vary...?
