Just bumping up tomorrow's CE. Warwick is one of those parish churches which does a broadcast CE every so often. Does anyone know how the choir is constituted these days? Mixed voices? Adults? Boys and Men? They obviously have a good soloist lined up for the Mendelssohn.

Today is girls (aged 8 to 18) and men, as would normally be the case on Wednesdays. They're currently celebrating the 30-year anniversary of the founding of the girls choir there.

Last night they recorded another CE for future broadcast which was combined boys, girls and men (not sure what that meant in practice in terms of numbers on the front row).

Briefest reminder - FOUR p.m. from now on!
        BUT
presumably Sunday rpts at 3 p.m., unless JRR has been also re-scheduled?

Good to hear a parish church broadcast. There used to be more regulars (e.g. Grimsby, Christchurch Priory) but it's good to know that a few places still keep up the standard. Well done Warwick.

A brilliant achievement in a challenging programme. A lovely plainsong introit. There were very confident stand out solos in the canticles. Everyone got stuck in to the thrilling climaxes in the anthem; a beautifully sung solo (or solos as I thought the task was shared?)
Simon Lole’s Prayer Anthem was an exquisite, calm benediction. Thank you.
