This is very good news. Let’s hope that services from other colleges follow soon.

Loved the Franck. Psalms just a tad slow for my taste.

Any views on either of the Parry pieces or even the Dyson (not his best?). On balance I preferred the Introit to the setting which I found a little twee (sorry).

Dyson quite jolly - showed the choir off to advantage.

A lovely devotional atmosphere at the outset with the tender introit. Expressive singing throughout the service from what sounded like a large choir. I enjoyed all the Parry settings with their close attention to the texts; enjoyable to listen to as they must be to sing. Psalms seemed laboured with very little variety or pointing of meaning.
Great voluntary gave a fitting climax to the service. Congratulations everyone, wonderful to hear you live.
