There are three volumes dedicated to the music of Samuel Sebastian Wesley in the Musica Britannica (Volumes 57, 63 and 89) series each compiled by Peter Horton. His biography of Wesley is well worth a read.

Volume II (£93) 'contains The Wilderness and Ascribe unto the Lord in versions for chorus and organ and chorus and orchestra. They form an unequalled testament to Wesley's genius as a choral composer who excelled in extending the limits of the multi-movement anthem... this unworthily neglected 19th-century composer.'[Presto] I'm inclined to agree, though Presto attribute the father's Confitebor tibi, Domine to his son.

The metronome mark of crotchet = 108 for the opening also appears in Peter Horton's Musica Britannica edition. The anthems are all available separately.
