Is this the first time Choral Evensong has been broadcast from this church?

Choral Evensong hasn't been broadcast from there since 1972.

What on earth does ‘efficient’ mean in this context DracoM? A bit of damning with faint praise? This was wonderful, fervent singing worthy of any choral establishment however exalted. Looking at the website i was astonished at the range of activities on offer. I thought these sort of things had passed away in parish churches long ago.
As noted above great communicative psalm singing.
Thank you Croydon, return again soon. I enjoyed the service immensely.
