Choral Extravaganza ( Sponsored Sing ) at St Albans Saturday 11th June 2 - 3.15pm

I've just been sent details of a sponsored sing at St Albans Cathedral in aid of St Albans Cathedral Music Trust.

For a suggested donation various pieces can be sponsored and the most popular will be sung at this event.

I see that for a donation of £1,000 the cathedral choirs will sing Shine Jesus Shine.

I imagine they don't really want to sing it but no doubt if only one person sponsors it they will nevertheless!!

I shall sponsor the Bargain of the Day The Hallelujah Chorus at £1

I know that the band Cradle of Filth have a track that features part of the Lincoln Cathedral Choir, given this precedent how much would one have to pay to get them to sing some Black Sabbath ?
