    The Choir 11.09.16

I thought I'd give the programme another chance, and my time wasn't wasted, as I was introduced to music I'd not heard previously. But I'm not sure why we had to sir through an audience rendition of Parry's Jerusalem with piano accompaniment. Or, for that matter, Hey Jude with the same singers.

The product is still very bitty, being aimed at people with attention deficits.

The Blossom Street Singers share many of the characteristics of the BBC Singers - very highly skilled, but marred by a few wobblers. Great potential though.

I think you get a medal for persistence in the face of adversity. I lasted five minutes.

I think you get a silver medal in that case. I tend to last about two.
