Dove's Piping voluntary was innovative and delightful. Will its sheer length inhibit its use during service, I wonder? It should find a welcome home in recitals, though. Brilliantly played!

I agree completely. I heard the end of the service in my car and had not read the order of service beforehand. Noticing that the organ piece began at around 4.20, I guessed we were in for something substantial and I was cetainly not disappointed. None of my guesses about the possible composer were correct. Definitely a piece I would like to hear again.
