Isn't it simply a case of that wretched Dean trying to pretend that nothing much has happened, and that all is sweetness and light; classic C of E tactics. Anyone who cares about the Cathedral Choral Tradition should be keeping the pressure up, particularly in making sure the Bishop's Report is not "suppressed".
