SOS Woodward's 'Songs of Syon'

Anyone have access to a copy of George Woodward's 'Songs of Syon' who could give me his full English text of 'The Blessed Christ is risen today' (94a)? Or W. Howe's Easter anthem with some of the same verses.
My copy's in store somewhere and a colleague needs it for a recital.
