I'm very partial to Brahms's choral music, much of which is unjustly neglected. The short choral & orchestral pieces (Nänie, Schicksalslied and Gesang der Parzen) deserve far more frequent airings than they get. There is much fine music in the motets, too. Adam Gorb is a new name to me but there are some clips on his website which made me sit up and listen.
