Oy vey! I seem to remember the Chichester Psalms (or portions thereof) being something of a favourite when Mr Nethsingha was at Gloucester.

St John's has Rejoice in the Lamb scheduled as the anthem at Evensong for this coming Saturday.

The good lords way of keeping hard pressed harpoonists gainfully employed. So all to the good, surely ?!

There was a Choral Evensong broadcast a few years ago which included all of the Chichester Psalms, but they weren't done all in one go - I think one movement was an introit, one was the anthem and the third was at the end of the prayers. I forget where this was from - possibly Chichester, in fact.

Well remembered, mopsus. In fact, all three movements of the Bernstein were offered by Gloucester (under Nethsingha) for CE on April 29, 2007. The first movement was the introit, the other two constituted the anthem (according to my records). Oddly enough, the canticles on that day were also Leighton's Second.
