there is a rather extensive (though it merely scratches the surface of the subject) Archive of Unknown and commercially unrecorded works.
They are radio recordings for the most part, quality wise a mixed bag.

There are some pieces of rather modern vintage; whether they are romantic era throwbacks, i don't know. The pieces mirror the taste of those who post them.

The unsung composers site featured post 1920's music until about 12 months ago and since then has returned to Romantic leaning works only. Many 20th century works remain in the archive but this is no longer maintained and not all the links work.
