Well at least you should be able to catch the broadcast of the Oxford performance (which Richard regards as the best of the three) when it comes round, presumably on Hear and Now.

Here it is, or rather, will be:

Robert Worby presents Richard Barrett's new piece Close-Up, performed by Ensemble Studio6.

Meanwhile, there's Leeds here, where you can see the musicians in action too.

I thought this might be the place to flag up this upcoming event, I won't go so far as to say it's not to be missed, but for those who make it their business not to miss this kind of thing it's the kind of thing they might well wish not to miss.

20 November 2018, 19.00 (note earlyish starting time!)

Bang in the middle of the Huddersfield Festival! (Any chance that they're popping up the road to give a performance there?)

                                Hold the front page!

Unfortunately the aforementioned concert has had to be postponed, probably until late April/early May next year... one of the other events on Elision's planned UK tour fell through and as a result the entire construction fell down, because of course nobody has the funding any more to pay adequately for something like this, so that putting such things on is always highly precarious. (I'm still out of pocket from the Ensemble Studio6 tour I was involved with in March of this year.)
