Lucie didn't have to do a lot today, did she? I reckon she stuck a CD on and sloped off to the canteen, popping back at half time. I kept thinking that second thing had ended, only for it to carry on.....

Not in the mood for a bit of Miserere, RT?
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

I have not listened to this yet, as I was enjoying a bit of (rare) Northumberland sunshine at the time.

I have a feeling, however, that "a bit of Miserere" will suit me fine!

If this means what I think it means, then I agree...

... pleasant enough, but a bit pedestrian

Must try EML - have not listened to an episode yet.

Oh, do try listen to it. I have not yet (too seriously) disappointed (but then, I am easy to please). This is definitely worth listening (7 days left),
La Risonanza and soprano Yetzabel Arias Fernandez in Handel, Vivaldi, Duron and Torres.

Not too keen on the soprano on the last programme, but one before was very enjoyable.

And here is a performance of that very Miserere, so we can hear what the discussion was centred on, now that the broadcast has disappeared.
