What a great programme COTW is. After loving the Campra and Drottningholm programmes with William Christie and Anne-Sofie von Otter respectively, I am just catching up with the Milhaud series from a few weeks back - with Darius himself. Wonderful stuff. The extensive BBC interviews from the 50s and 60s are rivetting. I can't imagine a more definitive or absorbing programme.
I love the podcast version - I like being able to concentrate on the narrative, flagging the extracts for further exploration later if desired.
